The Creating Calm Course is composed of 8 modules walking you through the transformation process of 1) creating space, 2) rewiring, and 3) maintaining your growth. From start to finish the course is about 8 hours of video lecture. You get immediate + lifelong access and are able to go at your own pace. Welcome
In Module 1 we set the foundation for what living a Whole Health Lifestyle and what Creating Calm actually means. This is also where we will first assess our current level of anxiety, look at specifically what symptoms you're experiencing, and set our intention for the purpose of this course. You'll find your entire workbook in Module 1 as well.
Nutrition
In order to create the space for change and in order for our physiology to function optimally we have to fuel our body with the best kind of nourishment: food. The first 3 phases of the healing protocol are here: what foods to avoid, what to consume in abundance, and what anti-anxiety supplements to take. All laid out in detailed guides and protocol schedules.
Movement
We apply behavioral psychology 101 here (cause it works!) in order to create daily movement as a part of your healthy lifestyle - walking, grounding, fresh air. I also show you a 1 and 20 minute anti-anxiety yoga routine. We're creating more space in this module by physically moving anxiety out of the body and releasing the stored up tension.
Sleep
Time to renew and regenerate. If sleep is the best medicine then how do we capitalize on this seemingly passive behavior? By preparing for sleep all day long. We get specific with balancing circadian rhythm, increasing sleep drivers, creating our sleep sanctuary, and putting a 24 hour schedule into play. Phase IV protocol is included here.
Rewire
Now that we've created space with food, movement and sleep, and now that our body's physiology is balanced: let's change. We'll learn first how anxiety actually gets created and continues existing inside the body. We'll then learn how to rewire the brain through cognitive reprocessing, and rewire the body through vagal toning. These specific practices are laid out in full detail so you can effectively continue healing your anxious mind+body and continue creating calm.
Spirituality
Hint: your SPIRIT of your mind-body-spirit is what actually dictates your health and overall quality of life. Why?
